Nowadays there is a constant pressure to make things as soon, safe and efficient as possible.
Never shall there be enough resources to make all the investment we dream about.
Pareto principle states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
Servelect may identify within the energetic scheme, the hierarchy of the investments necessary to be implemented to obtain the maxim efficiency in the shortest period of time.
This objective is determined based on an Energetic Audit/Energetic Balance
detalii
With the help of ARCE certified energetic audit, we shall evaluate the manner in which you use energy, in order to reduce consumptions but to preserve and even boost useful effects.
The energy carriers may be: electric energy, gas, thermal agent, cooling agent, compressed air, industrial water, solid fuels etc.
Following the evaluations of the receivers, equipments and devices of an installations, the history and evolution tendency of consumptions, and based on their critic analysis,
we recommend several measures that aim:
• The quality of the installations and devices exploitation
• Increasing the efficiency of equipments
• Ranging within the optimal energetic and technical parameters
• Efficient retrieval of secondary sources
ARCE, The Romanian Agency for Energy Conservation, may ask you to draft energetic balances (energetic audits) periodically. You have the option of choosing an energetic outline with real interest and significant weight in the energy bill; we shall evaluate this outline for your benefit.
We have ARCE accreditation to draft energetic balances. But the audit reports and energetic balances that we draft are not a mere document for ARCE. Our interest, as well as ARCE’ interest, is to bring relevant information and recommendations that will help you reduce energy consumption.
We become involved in the energetic audit activity, we identify and suggest a set of measures (examples: optimal adjustment of burning processes, cooling compressors, changing the energetic status of electric engines; power factor compensation; optimal negotiation of energy charges; consumption telemanagement etc) that can be taken to render efficient the production activities.
With an energetic audit, we focus on establishing measures that will reduce the power consumption. Nevertheless, one must take into consideration that the measures we suggest depend on the customer’s status, conditions and possibilities.
We recommend the measures that may be obtained by reorganizing / adjusting the functioning manner, the ones that grant rapid amortization from investments saving or increase competitiveness and energetic efficiency in time.
Within your company, SERVELECT auditors show professionalism, integrate rapidly in the working environment, so that the production processes and activities would not be affected, and the information we offer would be objective and correct. We are an outside observer, ready to offer you up to date experience and knowledge.
Legally, we suggest energetic performance agreements within partnerships with our customers, in which we undertake and guarantee to obtain benefits, to reduce the energy bill and to increase efficiency.
Also, we offer flexible financial instruments to our customers, helping them to engage in the energetic efficiency investments; on short time, we offer the possibility to make these investments in efficiency, using the obtained savings.
We become involved actively in implementing the efficiency measures recommended following the energetic audit, and promote a long-term partnership with our customers, with continuous surveillance of acquired progresses.
The auditors team is made up of persons enrolled within the academic education, with real interests in continuous professional development, specialized, PhDs, anchored in reality and aware of the present development methods of industrial processes. Here are some of the areas in which we have acquired experience in energetic audit and balances:
• Metallurgic industry: induction furnaces, arc furnaces, gas furnaces, heat-treatment furnaces
• Dairy products industry: optimization of cooling installations functioning; reducing cooling losses
• Alcohol industry: reducing the compressed air consumption; reducing consumption for pumping technological water
• Wood processing industry: reducing consumption of electric energy during wood cutting operations; pointing out and rating cogeneration functioning options (electric energy and process steam production for wood curing)
• Building materials processing industry (sand screening): reducing consumption for technological water pumping, for grinders and conveyor belts functioning
• Heat power plants or heating stations for the population: optimization of burning processes
• Exterior, public or platform (parking spaces, supermarkets) lighting installations: reducing the consumption by using efficient lamp posts and dimming; optimal negotiation of billing rates for electric energy
• Farms: means of reducing energy consumption for water pumping and heating and for heating, ventilation and lighting spaces.
To access European, structural or other funds, the financing bodies request the potential beneficiary to draft an energetic audit (Feasibility Study) that encloses the potential energetic efficiency measures. We help you draft this audit with all the necessary certifications.
We offer you our SERVELECT project for energetic audit, drafted in compliance with the legal provisions and norms in force set by ARCE. Upon request we offer contact details of customers who have benefited from the results of an energetic audit developed by SERVELECT.
